Terms of Sale
VEIL Privacy Glass Spray costs €24.99 for one 120 ml bottle, €39.99 for two, €54.99 for three or €79.99 for five. Prices are in euro. Delivery is free within Ireland. Delivery to other EU countries costs €6.99 for one bottle and is free for bundles. The total is shown before payment. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Review your order, delivery address and total before authorising payment. An automated payment receipt acknowledges payment; your order is accepted when we email acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid.
You may ask to cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, the cancellation rights below apply. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights, including applicable repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remedies. We cover necessary return costs for faulty goods. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping & Returns
We deliver to Ireland and other EU countries. Delivery is free within Ireland; elsewhere in the EU, delivery is €6.99 for one bottle and free for bundles of two, three or five. We do not currently deliver outside the EU. For a single bottle sent outside Ireland, the delivery charge appears as a separate item at checkout.
For Irish and EU consumer orders, you can cancel without a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. Notify us by email or post using the contact details published below, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may use the form below, but any clear cancellation statement is sufficient.
For a change of mind, you pay the direct return postage cost. We refund the item price and our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until the goods arrive back or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first. Refunds use your original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no refund fee. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may reduce your refund by the resulting loss in value; it does not automatically remove your cancellation right.

Privacy Policy
Veil Glass is responsible for customer information used to fulfil orders and provide support. Contact veilglassshop@gmail.com about your information. Our hosting service processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser requests to deliver and protect the website. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives technical connection information when those fonts load.
We use your name, email, shipping address and order details to fulfil your contract, provide support and handle returns. Records needed for accounting are kept to meet legal obligations. Security and fraud prevention are based on legitimate interests. Required order information must be supplied to complete a purchase.
Stripe will process payment details on its hosted checkout; this site will not store full card numbers. Necessary information will be shared with payment, hosting and delivery providers. Their processing may involve countries outside the EEA and the safeguards described in their privacy notices. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We retain information only as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable legal recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, deletion or portability, or object to or restrict processing where applicable, by emailing veilglassshop@gmail.com. You can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Cookie Policy
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies to this storefront. Hosting and payment services may use technologies necessary to deliver and secure their services. Stripe’s own policies apply on its checkout. If we introduce non-essential tracking, we will explain it and ask for your consent before it runs.
Product Safety & Use
Read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the actual bottle. Test a small, inconspicuous area for compatibility before wider application. Keep out of reach of children, avoid eye contact and do not ingest. This summary does not replace the product label.
Privacy depends on lighting and can reduce or reverse at night. The comparison on this page is an illustration, not a guaranteed result. Do not rely on the coating for security or UV protection.
